About Me
I am an emerging museum professional based in Indianapolis with experience in archaeology, collections handling, archives management, digitization, development and finance. Professionally, I am interested in community engagement and museum administration. Personally, I am passionate about environmental sustainability, civic responsibility, and equity.

Mission
I am an empathetic, thoughtful leader who serves my community through my cross-departmental and collaborative work in museums by providing knowledge, integrity, and joy.

Vision
I will work towards providing my community with education and experiences that connect them to their history, their landscape, and their neighbors.
Values
Sustainability: Estimates by the Carbon Inventory Project suggest that the US museum sector emits 4 million metric tons of C02e a year. Reasonable measures must be undertaken to reduce those emissions. In doing so, we will be better equipped to serve our audiences and protect our collections.
Equity: Understanding that barriers—physical, financial, and/or social—impact the ways that our stakeholders are capable of interacting with museums, and then taking intentional steps to respond to those needs is demanded by virtue of the purpose of museums.
Civic Responsibility: Encouraging stakeholders, and staff, to be thoughtful and active members of their communities.
Optimism: Optimism is an intentional choice that allows for more creativity, inspiration, and joy.
